Glazed Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecan halves
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.
    Beat egg white and cold water.
    Mix pecans into egg white mixture coating well.
    Mix with cinnamon mixture.
    Place on buttered cookie sheet.
    Bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool.
    Store in covered tins for Christmas.
