Low Fat Eclair Desert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 whole graham crackers
    1 large box instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. lite cool whip
    1/2 can lite chocolate frosting
Preparation
    Make pudding with skim milk according to package directions. Fold in cool whip. In 13x9 pan layer 8 whole graham crackers; top with one half the pudding mixture. Layer 8 more crackers and remaining pudding. Layer with last crackers on top. Thin frosting with a little milk and spread on top. Chill at least 4 hours. Serves 15.
