Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

120 oz. frozen green beans (French-cut)
3 slices fresh mushrooms or you may use 1 can mushrooms
10 oz. mushroom soup
3 oz. margarine, melted
0.5 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
water chestnuts, sliced and drained
8 oz. shredded cheese (any kind)
Preparation

Cook green beans and drain. Saute the mushrooms in margarine. Blend in soup, milk and seasonings. Pour into a deep pan. Sprinkle cheese over beans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and combine crumbs, bread or saltine crackers, with margarine. Sprinkle cheese over bread. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Feeds 100 people.
