Tuna Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tuna, drained
1/2 c. fine fresh bread crumbs (2 slices)
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 hamburger buns, toasted
lettuce and tomato slices
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients.
Blend the next 3 ingredients. Stir
into\ttuna
mixture.\t Form 4
patties.
Fry\tin lightly oiled skillet for 5 minutes, or
until browned.
Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato.
