Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bay leaf
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. diced onion
    pinch of Italian seasoning
    1/4 lb. Parmesan cheese
    1 small carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Simmer tomato paste, sauce, salt and Italian seasoning in uncovered pan.
    Cook onion, garlic and ground beef in another pan until brown.
    Add tomato sauce mixture and simmer until thickened (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
    Add 1 bay leaf 1/2 hour before done.
