Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices uncooked bacon
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 cut-up fryer or 4 skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    garlic salt, paprika, nutmeg and parsley to taste
Preparation
    Spray a 10 x 13-inch casserole and place 6
    slices bacon on bottom to cover.
    Pour rice evenly over bacon.
    Place chicken over rice and sprinkle with spices.
    Mix soup and water and spread over chicken to cover.
    Top with heavy foil and place in 350\u00b0 oven. Bake 2 hours.
