North Carolina Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks whipped margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. regular flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream margarine and Crisco together.
    Add sugar gradually and cream thoroughly.
    Add flour and milk alternately.
    Add vanilla and flavoring.
    Place in tube pan in cold oven.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Increase heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
