Brunch Casserole #2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf sliced French bread
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. bulk sausage
1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation

Cut bread into 1-inch pieces (no crust).
Cover bottom of pan with bread.
Cook sausage and crumble over bread.
Grate cheese and place on top of sausage.
Beat eggs and milk and pour over cheese.
Beat soup with some of milk and pour on top.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Reheat at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
