Scallops In Garlic Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

1 lb. sea scallops
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Galloping garlic seasoning
1 Tbsp. sherry wine
paprika for color
bread crumbs
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place scallops in a flat baking pan. Sprinkle with garlic and seasoning, lightly dusting with crumbs and dot with butter and paprika.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then add wine and stir in.
Bake for 2 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
