Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add milk, egg and butter (melted). Stir just to blend.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
