Orange Nuts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. orange juice and rind
1 c. sugar
1 pinch cream of tartar
2 1/2 c. nuts (pecans or English walnuts)
Preparation

Boil together orange juice, sugar and cream of tartar to soft ball stage (234\u00b0).
Add nuts and beat immediately.
Spread on waxed paper or foil and break apart as desired.
These are a lovely Christmas treat.
