Sauteed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large yellow squash, sliced thin
    3 zucchini squash, sliced thin
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel raw sweet potatoes and slice into rounds about 1/4-inch thick.
    Fry in shortening 2 to 3 minutes on each side until they are done and golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with sugar.
    One potato serves 2.
