Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Mix beaten egg white, vanilla and brown sugar together.
Cover pecans one at a time and place on cookie sheet.
Bake 30 minutes at 250\u00b0 or until light brown.
