Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    4 to 6 tea bags
    1 (16 oz.) frozen orange juice
    1 (16 oz.) frozen lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil 7 cups water and 2 cups sugar for 10 minutes.
    Let cool. Boil 2 cups water and tea bags for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix together and add the frozen orange juice and lemon juice. Add either 2 cups of vodka or gin.
    Mix well and put in freezer.
    Use half mix to half 7-Up.
