Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. box Velveeta cheese (room temperature)
    1 pt. jar mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 jars red pimento (7 1/2 oz. size; reserve juice from 1 jar)
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise, pimento, sugar and vinegar.
    Use hand mixer or use potato masher and mix the cheese until smooth.
    Add mayonnaise mixture and juice of 1 jar of pimento and cream together to desired texture.
    May be creamy or chunky.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Serves 12.
