Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 potatoes
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 jar pimentos, chopped
    parsley to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    cornflake crumbs
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    2 slices bread, cut into cubes
    milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, peel and cube.
    Mix potatoes, green pepper, onion, pimentos, parsley, salt, pepper, bread and cheese in a greased casserole dish.
    Cover with enough milk to moisten.
    Melt butter and mix with cornflake crumbs and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
