Fruit Tart With Citrus Glaze(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. corn oil margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    assorted fresh fruit: peach or plum slices, strawberry halves, seedless green grapes or blueberries
    Citrus Glaze
Preparation
    Stir together flour, cornstarch and sugar in medium size bowl. With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in margarine until mixture is well blended and coarse crumbs form.
    With fork, stir in egg. Press dough firmly into ball with hands.
    (If mixture seems crumbly, work with hands until it holds together.)
    Flatten dough slightly; roll out on large cookie sheet to 10 1/2-inch circle.
