Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
2/3 c. skim milk
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together in a mixing bowl. In a measuring cup, pour oil or melted shortening and milk without stirring.
Add all at once to the flour mixture and stir quickly with fork until dough clings together.
Knead dough lightly 10 times.
Place on waxed paper and pat out until 1/2 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
