Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Mix cream cheese and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add vanilla and lemon juice. Mix well with mixer.
    Pour into graham cracker crust on spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
