Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 lb. sausage
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Grease a large casserole dish and set aside.
    Brown and drain sausage; refrigerate.
    Line casserole with bread cubes, cover with cheese.
    In a separate bowl, beat eggs, add 2 cups milk and the dry mustard.
    Mix well, then pour over the cheese and bread. Refrigerate overnight.
