"Brunch" Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. browned sausage, drained
    2 c. chopped Velveeta
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    8 bread slices, cubed
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Cube bread and Velveeta and arrange in 8 x 12-inch pan.
    Add drained sausage.
    Beat eggs; add milk and mustard and mix well.
    Pour over bread mixture.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
