Veggie-Meat Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 c. hot, mashed potatoes (can use instant)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine first 7 ingredients in medium bowl and mix well.
    Divide meat mixture into 6 equal pieces and place each into a greased 6 ounce glass custard cup.
    Pat meat mixture against bottom and sides of cup.
    Place custard cups on a pan.
    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Pour off drippings.
