Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. fresh mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. dry fine bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. powdered oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. sherry wine
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation
    Rinse mushrooms, remove stems and chop stems into fine pieces. Leave mushrooms caps full; saute lightly in butter.
    Remove from pan.
    Saute chopped stems for about 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cool.
    Fill mushroom caps with mixture; press lightly into the hollows.
    Broil until hot and lightly browned (3 to 5 minutes).
