Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage (ground)
1 lb. sliced mushrooms or 1 large can of mushrooms
1 large onion, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper
garlic
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion, mushrooms, Italian sausage and green pepper.
Drain fat.
Add tomato paste and Italian seasoning; stir until mixed well.
In large pot or crock-pot, add tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, meat mixture and seasoning to taste.
Cook slow for 3 to 6 hours.
