Professor'S Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 stick butter
    1 grated onion
    1 grated carrot
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pkg. (4 oz.) seasoned bread crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut squash and cook until tender.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Sprinkle a few seasoned crumbs over the top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
    Serves 6.
