Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. fat
    1 c. onions
    1/2 green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 small clove garlic
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. red kidney beans
Preparation
    Melt fat.
    Add onions, pepper, celery and garlic.
    Cook until partly tender.
    Add beef and cook until light brown.
    Add tomatoes, chili powder and 2 tablespoons water.
    Add salt and sugar.
    Bring to boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
    Add beans and heat well.
