Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. active dry yeast
    3/4 c. warm water
    7 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. warm water
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes and mash.
    Mix yeast and warm water.
    Stand for 5 minutes. Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Add yeast mixture and stir.
    On ungreased pan, turn dough out and knead for 5 minutes.
    Place dough on greased sheet.
    Let stand for 8 hours or overnight.
    Roll dough 1/2 inch.
    Cut dough with 2-inch biscuit cutter.
    Place dough on ungreased sheet and allow to rise for 25 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Yields about 7 dozen.
