Ham And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    5 (1-inch) sliced, raw potatoes
    1 lb. cooked or canned ham, cubed
    1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine ham, onions and green pepper to soup and milk mixture. Place potatoes into greased 2-quart casserole dish and dot top with butter.
    Top with soup mixture and bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Cover and bake for 45 minutes longer, until potatoes are done.
