Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. sifted flour
Preparation

Beat butter until soft.
Blend in sugar until creamy.
Roll the dough into small balls.
Place them on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
When cooled, roll the puffs in confectioners sugar.
