Cream Cheese Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 to 40 vanilla wafers
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Put vanilla wafers in 36 to 40 paper liners. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spoon filling in paper lined muffin pans. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
