Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Cook crumbled sausage; drain on paper towels.
    Stir in onion; cook until transparent.
    Stir in flour and a little of the milk. Stir and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes.
    Stir in the rest of the milk.
    Add seasonings; cook until thickened.
    Serve over fresh baked biscuits.
