Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. venison roast
    3 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 pkg. Schilling brand pot roast seasons with roasting bag
    1 c. water (additional, not optional)
Preparation
    Place trimmed and boned roast inside roasting bag; add seasonings, potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Add water per package directions, then add additional water.
    (Venison has no marbled fat, so will cook drier.)
    Seal roasting bag closed.
