Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. turkey or chicken
    12 oz. grated cheese (Longhorn, Monterey Jack, Colby or Cheddar)
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can chicken broth
    1 chopped onion
    1 can chopped chilies
    1 pkg. corn or flour tortillas
Preparation
    Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 can broth, onion and chilies; set aside.
    Fry corn tortillas until soft or warm flour tortillas.
    Put a pinch of cheese, chicken or turkey and 1 tablespoon sauce in center of tortilla and roll.
    Place in greased baking dish.
    Top with the remaining cream of chicken and broth. Then sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
