Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. scalded milk
    5 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. very warm water
    2 eggs, beaten
    6 c. flour
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Add sugar, salt and margarine to milk.
    Stir and let cool. Separately, add yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/4 cup water. Stir and let stand 10 minutes.
    Mix together eggs, yeast and milk. Add two cups flour until smooth.
    Add remaining flour; cover and let rise until doubles. Make big balls.
    Place on greased pan. Let rise 45 minutes.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
