Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 to 12 oz.) bag vegetable pasta spirals
1/2 c. each red and green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced shredded cheese
1 (8 oz.) bottle no-fat Ranch dressing
Preparation

Cook pasta as directed on the package. Add peppers and onions, mixing well.
Chill pasta mixture for 2 or more hours (overnight is best).
Add cheese and dressing to pasta.
Mix and chill for at least 30 minutes more, then serve.
This is great with any meat or by itself.
Yields 10 servings, 131 calories, 1 g. fat.
