Foamy Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    few grains salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1/2 c. cream, whipped
    1 tsp. vanilla or 1 Tbsp. sherry flavoring
Preparation
    Beat egg white with salt until stiff.
    Beat in sugar gradually.
    Add egg yolk and beat until thick.
    Fold in whipped cream and flavoring.
    Serve soon after making.
