Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bacon strips, diced
5 c. shredded cabbage
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Remove and set aside.
Saute cabbage and onion in drippings until tender.
Add remaining ingredients; stir until thickened.
Stir in bacon. Serve warm.
Serves 6.
