Oven Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite size pieces.
    Combine 2 tablespoons flour and salt; dredge steak in flour mixture.
    Brown in hot oil in large skillet; remove and place in greased baking dish.
    Add 2 tablespoons flour to pan drippings; cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
    Add tomatoes, celery, carrots and onion; cook until thick.
    Stir in soy sauce.
    Pour over steak.
    Cover; bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
