Spinach Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sweet sausage
    6 eggs
    2 (10 oz.) frozen spinach, drained
    1 (16 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2/3 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 375\u00b0.
