Apple Snow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. diced apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Cook pineapple, sugar, eggs, water and lemon juice on low heat until thick.
Chill.
Stir in apples, nuts and whipped cream. Pour into 8 x 10-inch glass dish.
Freeze until firm.
Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
