Spicy Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped chicken
2 c. sharp grated cheese
16 oz. kidney beans, rinsed
medium onion or green onion
2 Tbsp. chopped red and green pepper
4 oz. green chili pepper
1 pkg. taco mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
corn chips
lettuce
tomatoes
Preparation

Stir taco seasoning mix with mayo and sour cream.
In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate four hours. Serve over lettuce.
Add corn chips and tomatoes. Serves 8.
