Hot Sausage And Cheese Hors D'Ouevres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage
    10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Split open sausages and scrape out contents.
    Mix sausage with biscuit mix and cheese.
    Form into balls and bake on a cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Makes about 4 dozen.
