Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
    Then add the egg, milk and oil.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
    After removing the cornbread from the oven, spread butter over the warm cornbread.
