Sharon'S Teriyaki Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. wine
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger or freshly grated
    1 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    Combine mix with whisk; marinate 6 hours in Ziploc bag, then use for basting.
    This can be used for chicken or any steak, grilled or broiled.
    Try it on roast chicken in the oven, basting occasionally.
