Cajun Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10-inch deep dish pie shell
1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. cooked, peeled shrimp or crawfish, slightly chopped
1 small can crabmeat, drained
2 green onions, finely chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese evenly over unbaked pie shell.
Add chopped shrimp and crabmeat.
Then add green onions.
Mix eggs, whipping cream, salt and pepper.
Pour over shrimp.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Place pie on cookie sheet and bake 40 minutes.
Let stand a few minutes if not completely \"set\" in center.
