Sue'S One Pan Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 large bell pepper
    4 to 5 fresh tomatoes
    4 to 5 potatoes
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    chili powder, salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion until brown.
    Drain.
    Mix chili powder, salt and pepper to meat.
    Set aside.
