Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese, room temperature (for easier mixing)
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 lb. butter for crust, softened
    1/3 pkg. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix
    together cheese, sour cream, sugar, lemon extract, egg yolks,
    flour
    and
    2 tablespoons butter in a large mixing bowl. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in last.
