Beef And Broccoli Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. flank steak, trimmed
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 lb. broccoli
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium-size onion, sliced
    1/4 c. beef broth
Preparation
    Slice steak diagonally into 1/4-inch thick strips.
    Place in bowl with garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
    Refrigerate, covered, 20 minutes.
    Cut broccoli flowerets.
    Peel stem and slice 1/4-inch thick.
    Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons of oil in large saucepan.
    Add beef and marinade.
    Stir-fry until brown 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove from pan and set aside.
    Swirl remaining oil around pan.
    Add beef broth and onion.
    Stir-fry for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Add beef broth as needed to prevent sticking.
    Stir in meat; heat through.
    Makes 4 servings.
