Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops, 1-inch thick
    4 thin onion slices
    4 thin lemon slices
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chops with salt and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or other large, shallow baking pan.
    Top each chop with onion and lemon slices.
    Put 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on top.
    Cover and bake one hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
    Serves 4.
