Farmer'S Breakfast(We Use For Saturday Night Supper) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium new potatoes
    3 to 4 strips bacon
    2 small to medium onions
    black pepper
    14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes, drained
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until done.
    Brown bacon and remove.
    Save about 2 tablespoons grease in skillet.
    Cut up potatoes and onion; add black pepper and brown in grease.
    Add drained tomatoes and eggs and a little more black pepper.
    Cover and cook until set.
    May need to cook some with lid off.
